Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that during promotional events or public holidays, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping.
All Drip-fly packages are delivered by AusPost, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’ll work to resolve the issue. After confirmation with our warehouse and the logistics company, we’ll arrange for a replacement parcel to be shipped to you. Please contact our customer service team at support@drip-fly.com.au with your order number for assistance.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. Once the loss is confirmed with our warehouse and the logistics provider, we will ship a replacement parcel to you. Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders above $100.
Flat Rate Delivery: Orders below $100 are charged a flat rate of $7.95 Australia-wide.
Yes, you can specify a different shipping address during checkout. This could be your work address or another preferred location. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers, as all deliveries require a signature. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left by the courier with instructions for pickup.
If the headphones you receive differ from what you ordered, we’ll promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also handle the recycling of the incorrect unit.
