Drip-fly Return and Refund Policy
Drip-fly products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within the warranty period. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue is not considered a major failure, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.
If your Drip-fly product is malfunctioning or if you experience any issues, please contact our support team at support@drip-fly.com.au for assistance.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned product to verify the issue. To facilitate a return:
The product must be returned in reasonable condition with all original accessories, proof of purchase, and relevant documentation.
While returning the product in its original packaging is not mandatory, it must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Include the shipping label and packing slip with your return.
Upon receiving the product, we will assess it and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the product is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If we determine that the product is not faulty, the fault is due to misuse, or the issue falls outside the warranty terms, we reserve the right to:
Refuse a refund, replacement, or repair.
Charge you for the return shipping and inspection costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We accept returns for store credit or product exchange if you change your mind, provided:
The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The item is not damaged in any way.
Please note:
Items with damaged or broken seals will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the return is confirmed.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will:
Arrange for the incorrect item to be returned.
Send you the correct product promptly.
